Worst , arrogant, a big mistake

I had been going to this hotel as its cheap and works for a night stay. Arrogant hotelier zero support from cleartrip. Booked this stupid hotel via cleartrip. Had booked 2 rooms at 8am. Check-in time was 12 pm, and I had requested for late check-in. Due to unavoidable circumstances had to cancel my stay. Tried to call hotelier many times there was no response. Finally after searching multiple websites and trying multiple numbers got the hotelier number. I had called and requested for cancellation at 1pm. The hotelier blamed cleartrip and cleartrip guys blamed the hotel. They could not cancel or do partial refund. The hotelier is arrogant , least bothered about customer satisfaction and same with cleartrip. It was pretty clear that the hotelier does not give damn about the customer retention or recurring business. He was not worried about reviews, nor Customer feedback. Never ever want to go there.

Hello, i booked this Hotel during my stay in hassan. Nice and clean room and bathroom. this Hotel just near The city Canter only 2-5 Minutes walking distance from Hotel. hotel has a Lift too. Nice guy and Helpful too. They provided me a Good Room . Good Sleep Thanks Sandra

Worst ever experience with hotel manager

I had very bad experience in this hotel . I booked 2 rooms , to my surprise one of room flush wasn't working and no toiletries and towels were there , other room toiletries were not there either and most important of all no drinking water in rooms . When i checked in room previous guests dirty clothes were hanging in the room . My holiday was spoiled when I requested manager and he started raising his voice and after that even I didn't stop he said only soap they provide and rest they don't provide.In hospitality industry that hotel manager doesn't have manners and ethics to speak to customer. Worst ever experience of mine.

average budget hotel in prime area with parking but lacks guests no service breakfast served is of the previous day .ie idly chatni sambar was chilled just better for a night or so,the staff doesnt have any idea of the city only ac rooms are maintained other are not upto mark

I visited satya comforts this week and got the room, they don't know how to maintain guests login. my company called them to make payment but front office people's doesn't know the occupied guests also. they doesn't know the profession they are arrogant and worsen it's really bad place corporates.
